So! I apologize for the silence from my end--moving down to CA, trying to get a job, and working primarily on this. This will be my submission for :iconneverblue:'s Art FTW, a charity book. It was a lot of fun to do, especially since I\'ve had the idea mulling around in my head for at least over half a year now--being able to actually do it is nice.

I'll be going through my message box tonight, so, again, I apologize profusely for the silence on my end. ): Hopefully now that I'm settled in I'll be more active!

p.s. originally titled "war never changes." Haha I am a fallout nerd.

love the concept here with the plants in the helmets- I can't imagine how hard it was to keep yourself from jumping into it for that long, with such a strong image in your head. Plus- it's with your original characters. An instant favorite for me!

Haha, I think the story in my head was some enormous battle with few survivors. The only thing they could really do after such a huge battle is, well, bring new life to it. Without any farming implements or anything of the such, they could really only use tools and weaponry. It was going to be horribly more violent and terrifying, but... yes. Can't really do that for a charity book.
